Purpose

Purpose

  1. The foundation has as goal: the promotion and care of education and health of the less fortunate and anything that is connected with or conducive to this.
  2. This does not include making payments to the founder or to them that are part of organs of the foundation.
  3. The foundation aims public benefit.
  4. The foundation has a non profit motive.
  5. The foundation tries to achieve its goal, among other things, by making it available establishing legal means in any form Support for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 will be made through direct financial contributions or the provision of financial contributions to projects and institutions with a similar objective.
  6. The foundation's assets are formed by:
    • i. grants and donations:
    • ii. acquisitions under legacy and inheritance; and
    • iii. all other acquisitions and benefits.
